Zaniez - Weird Sales Pitch

The first event by the E-Cell, Zaniez, was an absolute hit amongst all participants, audience members and organisers. Not only was event extremely entertaining, it was also an extensive skill test for future entrepreneurs of ISBF. The goal of the event was to pitch weird and ridiculous products in 6 minutes and be convincing enough for our judges and audience to want that product. The teams were judged on their creativity, delivery/presentation and team coordination.

Team 1 had to pitch a “Bristle-less Hair Brush”, Team 2 pitched a ‘Black Mirror’, Team 3 pitched ‘Stick-on Soles’, Team 4 presented a broken watch worth $10 million and team 5 had to pitch a ‘Rope-less skipping rope’. As made up as these products sound, all the teams did a wonderful job in convincing the audience that not only do these products exist but they are of vital use to everyone! At the end of the event, team 1 bagged the first position with 75 points!
