The ISBF campus is located in south Delhi, the hub of all things interesting. Step past the gates and you feel the chaos of the city fade away. As you would expect, the campus is conducive to the pursuit of academic excellence. We have a centrally air-conditioned building with Wi-Fi connectivity, full power back-up and secure access. Step into ISBF for a quick tour of our premises.
This is the place where you will, no doubt, be spending most of your time. Equipped with comfortable seating arrangements and audio-visual facilities, the lecture halls are designed to aid the learning process. This is the space where you will not just listen to your professors, but also debate, discuss and develop a worldview that is all your own.
We have a spacious library with lots of natural light and a great view of the city rushing past below. It is well stocked with all the subject guides and reference material that you might need. We also have academic journals and periodicals to help you keep up with current developments. Students can also access the University of London’s online library to search for journal articles and other relevant reading material. Apart from the ideal place to do research, the library is also the quiet place you go to when you really need to focus.
Equipped with server-based systems and high-speed Internet connectivity, the computer lab provides access to all online resources. You can access the ISBF online campus that lets you interact with the faculty, participate in discussion forums and exchange academic resources.
VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
The VLE is one of the best resources at ISBF. This is an online repository of books and study materials that students can access at any time to supplement the learning process. It also contains video lectures, questions from past examinations, examiner commentaries, self-testing exercises, and discussion forums where you can interact with students from across the world who are studying the same course.
We have a roof-top cafe that is the absolute best place to hang out on a sunny winter afternoon. The place is always buzzing with conversation and bursts of laughter. The food here is easy on the palate as well as the pocket. The cafe has an audio entertainment system, and you can catch the dance society trying out their moves here.
This is the place to chill out in between lectures. We have the “Usual Place” and the “Casual Place”, with bright and cheerful walls, cosy seating, and huge glass panes looking out over the city. Even though it’s a pretty relaxed space, it could quickly become the hub of activity when there’s an event to plan or an impromptu society meeting.
Fancy a table tennis match or a game of pool? Our recreation rooms are at your disposal to perfect your straight stroke or get that backhand drive just right. This is a good place to break the ice with some friendly matches or just chill out with your gang.
“THIS IS ALL WELL AND GOOD, BUT WHAT ABOUT OFF-CAMPUS SPACES?”
