This module introduces the fundamental principles of marketing and gives a broad understanding of consumers and the marketing behavior of firms. It develops students’ practical skills by applying learned theories to real-world organisational problems.

This module is about Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies, policies and practices. Duration & Mode of study

Duration: This is a One-Year classroom based programme.

Teaching Style

Courses are taught in lecture and class or seminar format.  Lectures introduce the core theoretical and technical concepts whilst their associated classes allow students to apply these concepts through exercises and in-depth study.  Seminars allow for the focused study of key concepts in a more informal style and often involve presentations by students on selected course materials.  Many teachers adopt a variety of teaching methods to deliver their courses such as lectures, class exercises, team presentations, individual or group work, as well as case study discussions.

Mode of study: One year full-time classroom based programme.

Eligibility and admissions:

If you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate looking to advance your career, change your area of specialisation, or deepen your knowledge in the field of management, then this is right qualification for you.

Graduates or final year students with a full-time bachelors degree are eligible to apply. Candidates with good undergraduate degrees and good quantitative skills would be preferred.
