ISBF’s annual networking and charity event, I-TEA took place on the 29th October, Thursday at Tabula café. it was hosted by the social work society along with the events team of ISBF. The event’s motive was to let all students and faculty interact on an informal, one to one basis ,along with donating materials for charity. This was the third installment for this event. An NGO, Vigyan Vijay Foundation collaborated for this event and took all the donations that the students had to offer. The founder of the NGO, Miss Asha, gave a small talk describing her work as an NGO and showed her appreciation for the collaboration with the college. The events team helped organised a few activities for the evening, including performances by TRIN, the music society, a game of tambola and the investiture ceremony for the student council 2016-17.Everyone dressed up formally for this event and thus, prizes were given for the best dressed, both male and female. All in all, with over seventy people turning up for the event, i-tea was successful yet again. everyone enjoyed the performances and filled themselves with the variety of snacks and mocktails available for that evening.
