Notable LSE Alumni

Many generations of world leaders, academicians and high-achievers in almost every conceivable field of work have studied or taught at the London School of Economics (LSE). These include no less than 16 Nobel Prize winners and 34 Heads of State, such as the likes of Prof. Amartya Sen, Nobel Prize winner in Economics and a pioneering contributor to welfare economics, social choice theory and the study of inequality, and Dr. KR Narayanan, one of India's top diplomats and also her 10th President.
