Namarta is also a visiting faculty for several educational institutions, B-Schools and colleges affiliated under varied Universities. As a freelancer, she has been conducting trainings for All India Management Association (AIMA), National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), IMS, WNS, Exevo, Genpact, Reliance Capital, Edelweiss, IIFL, AIMIL Ltd, NIIT, Mitsui Corp, Delhi University colleges, GGSIPU affiliated institutes on various modules. She is an active member of The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), a registered body under HRD Ministry, Government of India.
